Hi, I'm Andri Swanepoel, the proud owner of Elite Payroll & Bookkeeping, where I help small to medium-sized businesses simplify their finances and stay compliant—without the stress.
With experience in the accounting and payroll space, I've built a career focused on accuracy, integrity, and personalised service. I'm a registered BAS Agent and an Associate in Practice member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, and I hold formal qualifications in Cert IV Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Before founding Elite Payroll & Bookkeeping, I spent several years working in finance roles across a variety of industries. This gave me a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face and sparked my passion for making numbers work for people—not the other way around.
I specialise in end-to-end payroll management, bookkeeping, BAS services, and ATO compliance, with advanced expertise in Xero and MYOB. My mission is to take the pressure off business owners by delivering reliable, streamlined systems and personalised support that help businesses thrive.
On a personal note, I'm a proud mum & wife, a coffee lover, and a firm believer in the power of balance—both in books and in life.
